Minor bugfixes

Bugfixes and tutorial improvements.

NOTE: this build breaks save compatibility with prior versions. :(

Changelog

• Various improvements to the tutorials have been made
• Fixed some scaling issues with ultrawide monitors
• Clarified that character selection is (at least currently) a purely cosmetic choice
• Crafting resources now have appropriate names
• Targeting line now only highlights valid targets, not any potential target for anything
• An issue where a blank tooltip popped up on the base tech tree node has been fixed

What's Next?

• Even more small fixes in preparation for broader playtesting.
